"Campaign went better than I expected"
I wasn’t expecting too much, but this campaign ended up bringing in more leads than the last one I ran. Based on my past experience, that’s a solid improvement, so I’m definitely happy with how it turned out.

"good communication and clear updates"
i had a decent experience with emandsprout.com. they got back to my questions fairly quickly and didn’t make the process feel confusing. i also appreciated that they were honest about what was going on, even when there was a small delay. it wasn’t perfect, but they kept me updated the whole time, so I’d call it a solid 4-star experience.

"Honestly, the data was better than I expected"
I tried emandsprout.com for a few lead lists, mostly just hoping it wouldn’t turn into a huge cleanup project, and the data was accurate. Like, not 100% perfect or anything, but the emails bounced way less than with a couple other tools I’ve used, which was a nice surprise. I didn’t have to spend as much time fixing stuff or sorting through bad contacts, so yeah, it ended up saving me time. Solid overall.

I used emandsprout.com for a little while, the leads were kind of a mixed bag. Some of the contacts were legit and matched what we asked for, which was nice, but then I’d run into a few that felt outdated or not really useful. I kept thinking, okay, this could work, but also… why am I double-checking so much?
It’s not a bad service, and I did get a few replies from the outreach, so it wasn’t a waste. But for us, it just wasn’t super consistent. I had to spend extra time cleaning up the list before actually using it, and in my head I was like, isn’t this the part I was hoping to avoid?

"Pretty good for the price"
For what I paid, I’m happy with it. It does the job, and yeah, I’d say it’s worth the money.

"Support really came through for me"
I had a small issue with my order and wasn’t expecting much when I reached out to support. But they got back to me so fast, which was such a relief. They made everything really easy to sort out and didn’t make me jump through a bunch of hoops. I also really appreciated that they followed up afterward, that made me feel like they actually cared. Overall, it was a really good experience
